Products & Availability

• All products are subject to availability.
• Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made without prior notices.
• Colors may vary slightly due to natural differences in flowers or screen display settings.
  
  

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in AED and may change without notice.
• Delivery fees and optional customizations are displayed at checkout.
• Orders can be placed via the website, Instagram, or WhatsApp.
• Full payment is required prior to order confirmation.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Flower Fantasy is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
  
  

Order Confirmation & Contract

• A binding contract is formed once payment is successfully processed and confirmed by Flower Fantasy.
• Order confirmations are sent via email or WhatsApp.
  
  

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we generally do not accept returns.
• If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from the description, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
• Eligible refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion.
• Refunds, if approved, will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  
  

Delivery

• Deliveries are available across Dubai and select areas of the UAE, daily between 8 AM and 10 PM.
• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12 PM. Orders for delivery before 12 AM must be placed the day prior.
• Delivery fees:
  
•       Dubai Mainland: AED 50 per stop.
•       Other Emirates: AED 75 per stop.
• If the recipient is unavailable, Flower Fantasy will contact the customer to arrange rescheduling or an alternative delivery.
• Flower Fantasy is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or security restrictions.
• UAE law requires merchants to make reasonable efforts to deliver goods on time; Flower Fantasy will contact customers to resolve delivery issues.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions deliver curated floral arrangements according to the selected plan.
• Changes, pauses, or cancellations must be requested at least 7 days prior to the next scheduled delivery.
• Payments are charged per the selected plan; some subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Delivery fees apply unless otherwise stated.
  
• Concerns regarding subscription deliveries must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Gift subscriptions follow the same terms.

 Cancellations & Modifications

• Orders may be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before delivery.
  
• Customized or event-specific orders (e.g., weddings, proposals) may require extended notice and may be partially refundable depending on preparation status.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are not accepted.
• Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photos.
  
• Verified issues may result in:
•       A replacement bouquet at no extra cost, or
•       A refund or store credit toward your next purchase.
• This policy applies only to defects or damage before or during delivery. Damage caused after delivery (e.g., mishandling, improper care) is not covered.
  
• Refunds and replacements are processed in compliance with UAE Federal Law No. 24 of 2006 on Consumer Protection.

Flower Care

• Proper care is essential to maintain the beauty and longevity of floral arrangements.
• Instructions are included with each order and available on our website.
• Flower Fantasy is not liable for reduced longevity due to improper care.

Custom & Event Orders

• Custom or bulk orders (weddings, proposals, corporate events) require final confirmation of designs and quantities at least 7 days before the event.
  
• Last-minute changes may incur additional charge.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, designs, and text, is the exclusive property of Flower Fantasy and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

Force Majeure

Flower Fantasy is not liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling orders caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, extreme weather, or government restrictions.

Limitation of Liability

• Flower Fantasy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for personal injury, death, or fraud as per UAE law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in UAE courts.

Changes to Terms

Flower Fantasy reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
